You are hereby submitting to MuscleAdonis.com, information or images to be reviewed by MuscleAdonis.com. You acknowledge that all information submitted to our service is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

To apply with MuscleAdonis.com, you must meet all of the following criteria. It is required that:

You prepare 2 to 3 digital or scanned images for online submission. Images must be in .jpg format and cannot exceed 100KB in file size. A minimum of two (2) images required for the application.

If you don't have digital or scanned photographs, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY until you have those.


You are at least 18 years of age and not older than 35 years


· You have lean muscular or athletic muscular build
· You have good abdominal definition or at least a flat stomach
· If you fail to meet any of the requirements above, please DO NOT apply.

You understand that your online application and photo submissions are subject to review and we cannot guarantee that you will be accepted or contacted.

You understand that if you are accepted, you will be contacted by MuscleAdonis.com and invited to appear on the site.
